Overview

The building was constructed in 2003 and provides accommodation for students throughout the college year from early September to June. It is designed to atone to the needs of the student and thus is located within a 10 minute walk of UCC and nearby shops. The apartments are tastefully decorated and are fitted with en-suite bedrooms, which have all been soundproofed for students convenience. We have 284 bedrooms and all with en-suite facilities, broadband access and study desks. The building is also fitted with a full-time reception and warden service.
